Cubik Studio

Hello,
i have a problem with activating my key.

I enter the correct email+serial and i get this error:

Error

An error has occured while checking for registration

The license information entered contains one or more error...

What i tried to do to fix this:

restarting the pc,
redownloading,
redownloading from a different browser,
putting the folder in a diffrerent place (example:It was in D:\cubik, now it is in D:\Program Files\cubik

Since i did not purchase the key i just got it when i registered and activeted my email, i don't know where to seek help.

My apologies if i am seeking help at the wrong place.

What do you mean exactly?

Do you see your Serial key on the Download page?

Have you upgraded Cubik Pro or purchased Cubik Studio?

Yes i do see my serial key and no i did not upgrade or purchase.

Does "Cubik Studio - Updater" print the same error when you try to register it?

That should be fixed now.

By the way, if you seen a serial on the Download page when logged in but never purchased or upgraded, that was a display error.
Cubik Updater or Cubik Studio are not able to validate your license knowing it does not exist: you must purchase product to get a valid license.
