Mapping isn't saving

When I map the texture on a model, it looks great - I save the .cubik file , close cubik, then re-open the model and the mapping is completely gone. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?

Youll need to upload the model and texture, so we can have a look at it

screenshots before/after required as well as the .cubik you save as example.
