didn't receive email and can't reset

Hi. I purchased this morning using paypal and have a paypal receipt. Didn't receive activation email and can't reset or look up activation code no matter how many times I try. Says reset failed.
I'll give it a day or so and then escalate to paypal if I don't hear from you. was looking forward to trying the software.

If your payment method was PayPal it may be considered an "eCheck". It takes time for them to confirm payment and so the system doesn't give access to goods until verification.
Details provided by Paypal: eChecks are one type of bank payment and usually take 6-10 business days to process. They are used when buyers have not linked a backup payment source (like a card) to their PayPal accounts, or when a transaction is too risky to allow an instant payment.

So you are saying if I paid with PayPal it could be 10 days before I get the software? That would have been good to know up front. How about refunding me and telling me what payment method works immediately?

And I do have a card backup. So how can I get the software?

Most people won't have a delayed payment and we can't predict who will have a delayed payment.
You should be aware of PayPal's processes if you're using them. It is they who generally delay the payment.
However, I do believe the information I provided before could be inaccurate. eChecks or eCheques differ from country to country. For the US they are a bank transfer and can be delayed 3 - 6 days. For other countries (in the least the UK) it's when you don't have a bank/card attached and they can take 4 - 5 days.
Anyway, you appear to have already activated the software.
