Hi,
I have used the form https://cubik.studio/recover with my email adress and my BDcraft Cubik PRO Serial, and i have the message:

Success!
Recovery has been successful.
Please check your emails to continue.

It's been about an hour now, and i still havent received an email. I've already done it again, but same thing.
Can you help me ?

Strange.

Can you PM your email addresses so I can check if the emails were sent?

I don't see any failed attempts recently.
