"The License is used by too many different users"

I am the only user for this product key. I had to reinstall windows recently and I had a secondary hard drive that I use to store my programs. Cubik Studio was one of them. I didn't delete anything off the hard drive so I thought I could just use Cubik Studio normally. Upon registration on the product, it tells me that the license is used by too many different users.
It says to also contact [email protected] but I feel as if that would be a little unnecessary since I probably just need a key reset. Like, a remove of all users using it.
If you guys need anything more, let me know. I will contact the email provided to me once needed.
If it makes a difference, I am a OS hopper. I like to bounce between Linux OS's, and Windows. So, that might explain why it says there are too many different users, Even though it has been on the same PC for awhile now.
