Cubik Studio

I was wondering how to get Cubik again. i used to have it a long time ago.I bought BDcraft Cubik PRO on May 25th 2015. and BDcraft Animaker May 28th 2015.
I dont know if I had an account back then or not. But I do have the paypal records of me buying them. Is there a way to get those programs back.

I don't have the Serial Key anymore and that's the problem. I have proof of payment from paypal. but the email the serial key was sent to was old and cleared out a long time ago.

did it. tried multiple times at different times. never got the email. also contacted the support email it gave. still no reply. How long does it usually take.
