Fast color pick + laser

For example this is a file I'm working on, now I want to overlay the skin from the 2D to 3D one, I have to Alt + Click and and then Click on every voxel from the 2D one.
If there is a option to do that quickly, like just hold click and drag the mouse, or instantly overlay the 2D to 3D one, that would be awesome.
