I made an account with my old username, which now I don't have my key.

So I thought if I made an account, I would get my key back. Once I check after I made the account, it says no keys purchased. On bdcraft's website, I can log on fine and find my old purchase.

I have that problem, too. Let's hope they will resolve that SOON.

Sorry but "Not working" doesn't mean anything. And disabling your account would not help at all.
If you purhased Cubik Studio, use this form:

If you purchase Cubik Pro, use this form:
https://cubik.studio/recover
Both are working by now and should help you download Cubik Studio
