The problem of resource

As I finished a simple bedrock resource and Export , there is nothing wrong with , but as I open game and watch my new block
It become Purple & Black block , I was so sad and it has changed other block to that kind of ugly block , can anyone help me? PLZ!

And by the way , I have noticed recently 's Minecraft texturepack has changed to resource pack , it become a zip pack but not a file
I'm wondering how to make a resource pack , two questions Thanks!
