activation link for cubik studio leads to a FAILURE message

The activation link leads to a screen that says failure, both with the initial link, and the link sent through paypal support. We used one email to buy; a different email as the user. Can you get us running? We only have until july 24th to request a refund with paypal. Thx

Can you PM me your payment details? Email address, buyers name, PaymentWall receipt ID (similar to w000000000)?
I'd also like to see the activation link you received. You'd be the first person that has gotten one that didn't work.
