I'm having this same exact problem. I purchased Cubik Studio, I'm not upgrading from Cubik Pro. Since I never got the email with my serial key, I used the recover form, then logged in on my account and obtained my key through the cubik.studio/get page. I'm entering the email address I used to buy cubik studio and registered my account to correctly, and pasting the serial key in from the website (making sure that I'm showing the full key and that I'm pasting in the BDC key, not the BCS key), but I'm getting the same error message as karahanio.
"An error occured while checking registration:
The license information entered contains one or more error..."
It would be really helpful if the updater told us what the errors were, rather than just saying that there were errors.

Re: My Serial Key Does Not Work
Sorry if I'm stealing into this topic, however before opening a topic with the same exact error, its best I chime in saying this Exact Same Error is happening to me. Attempted to try it 3 different times, and each time it shows the same error.
Specs: I have an older HP 2000 Series Laptop, 8 GB RAM, 64-bit Windows 8.1, AMD E2-1800 APU with Radeon HD Graphics, AMD Radeon HD 7340 Graphics
Code: Select all
ERROR
An error occurred while checking registration:
The license information entered contains one or more error...
Re: My Serial Key Does Not Work
UPDATE: Found a fix on my side, after another hour of testing different methods it seems removing all capital letters from my email address and using LOWER CASE ONLY it works just fine. It seems the Cubik Studio Updater reads from the database in only lowercase format. If this works for you, make sure to let staff know this fixed it for you, and see if they can add a way for it to automagically convert emails to lower case before sending a check to the server.
Re: My Serial Key Does Not Work
My email address is already all lowercase, so that's no good for me. I also tried restarting the updater and restarting my computer, neither of which were successful.
Re: My Serial Key Does Not Work
Nah, I was using lowercase format in my e-mail as @bitKoder. I tried serial key in lowercase format too but didn't help. I guess there is something about our computer or the software, I don't think the problem is about serial keys because when I enter random serial key than program prints "An unknown error occured while checking your license information" but when I enter it correct it prints "The license information entered contains one or more error..." so that means our email + serial is absolutely correct as Sphax said.
I am not really sad about this because I was waiting for real time to buy Cubik Pro and Cubik Studio so waiting for 3-4 days doesn't a big deal for me
Re: My Serial Key Does Not Work
Please send me in PM the email and the serial you are entering in Cubik Updater and the OS you are using
Re: My Serial Key Does Not Work
I'm having the same problem.
So there's no solution?
So there's no solution?
Re: My Serial Key Does Not Work
I don't think that is something related the hardware. I am using Windows 10 Pro x64 as operation system.
