Now I have 2 computer (1 PC and 1 Notebook)
if one of my computer broken , and I buy new one
I'll need to purchase new license?

No you'll just need to tell us so we deactivate old computer to let new one work

And also changing the graphic cards from AMD to Intel affects this, if you try to use in second computer it gives the too many different users error.
