Key Activate

Ok, so I bought Cubik Pro a while back and I tried to did what the thread instructions said to do. I am on the process of trying to figure out how to activate my key like the instructions says. I assume it is where you click on download because that is the only part I see anything that has to do with key (purchase extra keys.) So when I click on that and fill out my information and click save. It does nothing...?? So at this point I am stuck and would like to get the studio version.

Just need help at this point.

Please do not direct me to the thread instructions that shows up to upgrade and the steps. I have explained that I already did all that and I am stuck on the key activation part, because there is no place to do so, from what I can tell.

same problem only when I recover it says success and never send me the email

Yea I tried that process where you try to activate your account which said success. I did that and no email too, so that is when I made a new account which did work, but now I have no way to activate my Key from what I can see...

I just did the recovery again and it sent me an email. Did it a few times yesterday and it didn't. I would try it again if you haven't.

Yup, it worked today. Just wait or keep trying after waiting a while.
