Cubik studio doesn't work on windows. I've tried all the method on forum and nothing is working with Cubik studio.
Can you refund me please.

What happens when you try? Are you getting any errors?

What have you tried to fix the issue?

I am experiencing a severe issue that prevents it from launching. Despite multiple attempts, the software fails to open, hindering my ability to carry out essential tasks and impeding my workflow. So I have moved to another software so I need this one refunded.

What "severe issue"? What error are you getting? What exactly happens? What steps did you take to try and rectify it?

There is no error that pops up the it wont open I've tried and tried to re-install it and still nothing even tried to disable anti-virus but doubt that would work and I was right. Its been almost a month now since I got this and have been waiting on a refund from you guys. Also found a free but better software without any issue called blockbench. I am dissatisfied with this product and so I want a refund.

You can even get as far as trying on my mac but no luck at all. I just want a refund if not I will have to contact my bank for a faulty product and refusal of refund.

You've been waiting on a refund because you constantly refuse to say what you've tried to get the software to work.

You've only stated "I've tried all the methods on the forum", but not stated what methods... what you've done. So far all you've said is you've disabled your anti-virus, which isn't really a troubleshooting step if the AV isn't complaining.

I don't really believe you've not got the software working, as there was definitely at least one time the software authenticated with our server, but as I don't really see the point in wasting time with you I've requested a refund. You should receive it soon.
