Cant log in or recover email

I tried to log in to download cubik studio but it said incorrect username or password, I went to recover my password and entered my email and it said incorrect email.
I went to recover email and it still said incorrect email
I have the confirm purchase email from both cubik and paymentwall.

The email address on your account is not necessarily the same email account you used to purchase the order.

If you have any other email addresses you may have changed it to you should try those.

If you still have issues I'll need to know the username you're trying to log in to.
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
