Lost Account

Dear Support Staff,
I purchased Cubic Pro a while ago and it seems like I have forgotten my linked BDCraft Account. I tried to follow the steps on the How to recover old Cubik Pro details and upgrade to Cubik Studio thread but this did not work with my lack of account details.
I still have my Paypal recipe and I think I used the Username "PlaceNetLukas" with the email "[email protected]" but if I try to reset my password I get an "Account not found" error.
I can upload and/or forward the Account Creation Email of my old Account and my Paypal Purchase Recipe. The Purchase was made on 05.03.2016.

Your post fell in to the moderation queue. The forum does tell you that, no point in making a duplicate thread...

In order to try and recover your account you will need to send me some information via a Private Message:
  • Your real name (or the name of the person who bought Cubik)
  • Any email addresses that may be connected to the account
  • Your receipt (or a reasonable estimate of the date of purchase)
  • Your Cubik serial (if known)
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.

Please don't Private Message admins without prior permission. Your message may be missed.
