My product key, which I purchased July 2015 and have been using since, doesn't seem to be working when I try to start up Cubik Studio lately. This is what pops up:

I'm pretty sure I'm entering my email and the key correctly, but I still get this every time:

What's the solution here?

You appear to be using an outdated version of Cubik Pro as it's referring to bdcraft.net instead of this website.
Download the updated program from
here whilst logged in.
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
