Have you been able to install Cubik Studio or you get the error directly in Cubik Updater?

Hi
the first time I got the error was on the software that asked me for the email and key again but it didn't work.
I had to download Cubik Updater and the same my key or my email contained errors according to Cubik Updater when I had made a copy and paste of the site to Cubik Updater.

I'm sorry Sphax isn't responding to you. He's adamant the software isn't at fault, as it works for others and your key works for him and I.

I can only offer you some other basic troubleshooting measures:
  • Double check your system time is correct
  • Try deleting: %appdata%\..\LocalLow\BDcraft\Cubik
  • Try moving the program exe's elsewhere
  • Try running the program exe as an admin (right click > Run as Administrator)
  • Try temporarily disabling any security software on your system

Hello, I applied what you told me, but the problem is the same, I have error 418. I can send you a picture to show you.
I deleted the file in %appdata%.
I executed as an admin.
I checked the time.
I moved the file and disabled all security systems.

The only other route we have to check is that it appears you're on Windows 7 (earlier you posted your useragent that said NT6.1) and Sphax never tested Cubik on that.

I'd be surprised if that were an issue as a lot of people stuck with Windows 7, but we shall what his tests bring up. Hopefully it'll be soon.

I do have a laptop running Windows 7, but I have my desktop PC running Windows 10 which gives me the error message: The license information entered contains one or more error. While I have entered my email address and license key.
