Rotate from the origin or an especific element

Hi, im trying to rotate a selection of elements. But when i select them selects one of the elements contained in that selection. So when I try to rotate the selection rotates from the element that its selected instead of the one I want. Is there any way to select an specific element from the selection to rotate all the selection? Thanks for the help
