Element Primitives?

Just a thought. Maybe come triangles, octagons, polygons, etc. Would be much less time consuming.

Elements are boxes only, they can't be triangles, or anything else without using tricks with multiple elements and HD texture(s)

A quick way to add such shapes, as perfect 8 or 16 - gonal prisms is would be a great addition
