I made some pixel art and want to make it a simple 3d png (just extruded) so I imported the pixel art into cubik studio
Then the model gets random colors applied and is "squished".

When I imported it, I chose to fit it in the world.
How do I get it not to do this and just place a png but it's 3d?
Please help!

The random colors are just applied to each element in Cubik Studio to help differentiate each one. That feature can be disabled in Preferences.
It's "squished" because the thickness is 1 by default but you can easily resize on Y axis by selecting all elements and resize on Y axis or by going in Elements list functions
