Indeed. That thread goes in to quite a lot of detail about the keys and their allowed use.

Please be aware that in the Terms of Use you agreed to when purchasing Cubik that you agreed to not share your key with others.

To have already filled your key's uses since your purchase in October definitely suggests you might be sharing it with others.
