Cubik Studio Updater "The licence information entered has one or more error...

I bought Cubik Pro a little bit ago, and wanted to re-download it after a few months of not using it anymore. I logged into my account, and downloaded the Cubik Stupid Updater, without a problem. I put in my E-mail, and my serial, (which showed on the download page.) and when I hit the "Continue" button, I get this error: http://imgur.com/8kjBb48

And obviously, hitting the "Retry" button, and re-entering my information, I still get the same error after pressing "Continue."

Everything is as it should be. All fields are entered properly with the correct information. Yes, my e-mail is in the proper field, and it is all in lowercase. I quadruple checked all my information before I even though about coming to the forums. I also migrated my Cubik Pro account to Cubik Studio, and my proper serial, (The same serial in my old e-mail from BDCraft Goods.) showed up on the download page, so I know that is correct as well.

(I just checked everything again, making sure all my information was correct, and I still get the same error.)

Not to be rude but, have you given up on helping me or something? I did pay for this software, so I should be allowed to use it.... I still have the same problem, all my information is definitely correct.

I have had this issue too, somehow it is about the OS if you are using Windows 8/8.1 the issue occurs.
You can solve this by upgrading to Windows 10

I'm on Windows 10. That is definitely not the issue.

i have the same error message.
my computer wasn't starting up as it should, so i uninstalled every program.
When i launched Cubik Studio it asked to put my account information.When i put everything in it gave me the error:"The licence information entered has one or more error..."
