I have bought Cubik Pro around a year ago and recently bought Cubik Studio and I would like a refund because I didn't know that I can get it for free, I think it's unfair that you guys didn't make it clear enough that we could get it for free, I found out I could get it for free only because I was scrolling through a YouTube video's comments.

Sorry but the fact Cubik Studio is available for Cubik Pro users as a free upgrade was said and wrote several times in different places. Cubik Studio is free for Cubik Pro owners, mainly to thank early adopters and active supporters.

Also, according to our Terms and Conditions of Sale: "Each purchase of a download shall be deemed a final, non-exchangeable, non-refundable sale."
