Are you using latest Cubik Studio version?

It is version 2.3
When it was 2.2, it functioned.

A user name is Japanese.

It may be the cause caused by this

i removed the presets folder (C:\Users\name\AppData\LocalLow\BDcraft\Cubik\presets) startet cubik studio, and copied the coordinates from cubik pro.
