Hi i buy BDcraft Cubik PRO and my problem is i dont have serial number. Why im write here? im very angry becouse nobody dont answer me on my mail from [email protected] where im report my problem. I have payment information from paypal. Whats now. My money are away and i dont have nothing. GREAT Im use all way how to have my serial number but nothing work. im try more times use Lost BDcraft Purchase email, but today thats not work too. Im angry , sad adn feeling so very bad Sorry for my bad english im from slovakia. Thanks for info or for nothing.

I think the issue here is he can't upgrade to Cubik Studio because he can not find an associated Cubik Pro serial key. I could not find my serial within program and was lucky I found the purchase email with it.

I have an answer! You serial number is on cubik.studio/get while you are logged in. It will be the BCS- number there. (Make sure you click the show keys button)

Ok,i follow your manual created for me and other peoples with the same problem and - nothing work again. I dont write new mail to [email protected] , because i write a few days before release this post and to this days i dont have answer from this adress. I think theres no way how to have my bought serial number for this program. Im lost my money, dont have nothing and stay disappointed.

I have an answer! You serial number is on cubik.studio/get while you are logged in. It will be the BCS- number there. (Make sure you click the show keys button)

When im logged in and click show keys button i dont have there serial number just purchase extra key.

Have you actually used the Cubik Pro key recovery form? http://bdcraft.net/goods/lost

It just requires your email address(es) and it will send your key to your email and then you can just use this form to activate your key: https://cubik.studio/recover

If that doesn't work can you PM me your real name that you entered when making your purchase?
