Refund Request

After buying Cubik Studio about 20 minutes ago I tried it out but most features I need aren't there or don't work for me.

Can I have a refund because I can't really do anything with this?

Like I kept on trying to change models but most of the time the software crashes or it just completely ignores what I want to do

As the Terms of Sale you agreed to when purchasing the software state once the software is made available to you you aren't able to get a refund.
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
