Purchased Twice and still no key

Ok so first off I attempted to purchase Cubik Studio with Paypal without realizing it would take two weeks to process, so I sent an email about canceling that one as I planned to order it again with my credit card since it would be instant. I ordered it with my credit card and it went through but something happened and I haven't gotten any emails. Not sure if I can include any numbers in here but both were sent with the email [email protected]

I didnt get a receipt, but it was taken out of my bank account
