My grandparents offered me a studio cubik license using the option as a gift. I received the serial number that was in the mail. He also said "To download the software, please go to our site at this address and login to access the downloads: https://cubik.studio/get" but suddenly I do not know how to download the software . Where should I put the serial number.

We don't send Cubik Serial keys by email, we only send an activation link which you need to click (or copy paste in to your browser).

You then will be presented with some steps to activate your product.
