My key is not working. this is my second time installing Cubik Studio, since my pc got deleted so i had to reinstall windows, etc...
i am getting an error for the registration.

Verify you are entering right email and serial in fields and verify your OS is configured with correct timezone and your clock is set to right hour.

Do you see your serial (blurred by default) on website when you click on the Downlod link?
