Function action details:
When in the uv editor and having several elements selected you are able to change the UV maps of all of them at once. This would be helpful for when creating palette's for Elements.
Because at the moment it doesn't work

You can edit UV map of one element and the copy/paste its UV to all selected elements already (with elements list)
