Value randomizer

Location: Voxel/Color
Option name: Value Randomizer OR Auto Texture
Option type: Checkbox

Option action when enabled/disabled/clicked:
When turned on it would randomize the Value/Brightness of the selected color and would have a sub option that would specify how much it affects the main color.
