It's pretty easy to make an animated texture. Just use something like paint.net it's what I did.

Scratch that I figured it out, but I'm still curious. What is the difference.

I see that they are already looking into fixing this, but I am having the issue as well. After I convert to elements, the texture I had done is lost. I'm just wondering though, is this a bug?
