You should use the account you're currently logged in with and any keys associated it with on https://cubik.studio/get If your username is still incorrect please state what it should be. Yea, like I said, your username on the website was fine. I even checked sending emails with special characters and they sent without being jumbled, so I'm not sure what happened when you signed up. Regardless, I've changed the username of your account to 정찬희. I assume this is what you were requesting?

When I search for your email the username which shows up looks like 정찬희 not the jumble you've posted.
Are you sure you've not got some weird encoding or addon in your browser that's fudging the characters?

Oh sorry, didn't realise that form was also having issues as well as the email issues. That form is now also fixed.

We were having issues with sending emails which has now been fixed.
If you try to reset your password for your other account now you should be able to as long as you know the email address, and can access that inbox.
