Purchase Issue

I bought Cubik Studio this morning and it never emailed me. I did try to recover the purchase but my PayPal transaction ID and email say that it never happened. I have the charge on my PayPal so it went through can someone help me?

Once your payment is confirmed you'd receive a receipt from PaymentWall. However, as you used PayPal it can take up to 10 working days for PayPal to process your order as they may have processed it as an eCheque/eCheck (this information normally shows up on your PayPal receipt).

If you're not from the UK the information may differ slightly for your country.

I used a debt card to complete the purchase and it actually already hit my bank as well I can provide you with screenshots of my payment from paypal and that it hit my account in a DM.
