Ask questions to do with purchasing, registering or activating Cubik Studio, and requesting key resets.
This is a known bug.
It was not happening during development and does not happen all the time depending on odd unknown circumstances...
When that is happening, you can save the file somewhere and re-open it after a Cubik restart.
That bug is fixed in next update (but no ETA)
