No download link after purchase.

Hello

I just purchased this software, but whenever I go to the 'download' page, it doesn't change from the 'purchase' page. I tried the account recovery form (which recognised that I had purchased a copy) but it redirected me back to the purchase page. I don't know where to access the download.

Can I have some help please?

I have a Paymentwall receipt and my Paypal receipt, but no Cubik Studio activation email or serial number. Should I just wait a few days or what?

You should have received an email from us with a link and to confirm purchase. It may be in your Spam folder.

However, the recovery form should also work: purchase-support-f2/how-to-recover-cubi ... i-t60.html

Not in spam and I've tried that recovery thing multiple times. It leads me back to <https://cubik.studio/get> but I only have the option to purchase. I'm wondering if I messed up the order or maybe that the email I entered initially was incorrect...

It just seems a handful of people bought the product during an issue with the website, and for some reason no matter what activation links for a small percent aren't working correctly. It's odd, as newer purchases seem to be fine.

I will need to add your product manually.

You will need to send me some information via a Private Message:
  • Your real name (or the name of the person who bought Cubik)
  • Any email addresses that may be connected to the account
  • Your receipt (or the date of purchase)
  • Your PaymentWall reference number (similar to w00000000)
