Program eating cpu

I run the program fullscreen, however if i open a different window (e.g. Youtube) and later come back to the program i get this weird bug...

And it continues to eat more cpu the longer i'm on a different window and moving my mouse...

Cubik depends on Unity engine.

However, I pushed an update to avoid eating too much CPU. Hope that will work. Just wait for the update.
