obj export becomes huge

Hello!
I have .obj and .mtl object created in Blender.
I want to use cubik to adjust the position of this item in the game, but when I export it, it becomes huge and does not detect any texture.
I need only obj model. No json or java.

Same. On import every OBJ is the same huge regardles the scale inside 3ds Max.

Nevermind, just found out you need to work within a 16x16x16 centimeters (!) cube.
