We've been pretty busy lately but no worry, Cubik Studio will never be forgotten and I am proud to show you this new update!
Version 2.7 contains ton of new things, including some which were asked for a long time!

Using Cubik Studio will be a lot easier thanks to the camera flip (right click on label), faster with its new torus primitive (Mesh edit-mode), accurate with improved voxelization, handy with the new edit button to modify a texture in your favorite picture editor, customizable with the new dark skin and so much more powerful with the 2 new exporters ("MCPE" and "JAVA Mod" formats to model entities)... <:D

:D New features and improvements:
  • :element: Better detection if imported model is block or item and default to block if type is unknown
  • :element: Better texture shortcut support in Elements Material
  • :element: Default name of element is now "Box"
  • :element: New function to automatically sort transparent elements (avoid weird renders in game with transparency)
  • :paint: Added "Edit texture..." menu in Elements Material list popup
  • :paint: New button in UV Mapping editor to edit texture in external editor
  • :paint: New option in Preferences to select Texture Editor executable
  • :paint: New paint tool "Brush square"
  • :paint: Added "L" and "R" labels to selected colors in palette
  • :paint: Custom palette picture is now limited to 16x32 colors
  • :mesh: Bounding box visible on primitives when selected
  • :mesh: New Torus primitive for Mesh edit-mode
  • :voxel: New voxel tool to "select" group of voxels by wrapping automatically blueprint around
  • :voxel: New voxel tool "Shell" which adds voxels all around group of collateral voxels
  • :voxel: Voxel tools are now using right color when right clicking
  • :preview: Added angle parameter to arms and head in Display settings to modify rotation of arms and head in 3rd person view
  • :preview: Removed character preview animation
  • :import: :mesh: New option for PNG importer to import picture as a sprite (billboard mesh which can then be voxelized)
  • :export: :element: Implemented MCPE Entity Exporter
  • :cubik: New "Dark UI" can be selected in preferences
  • :cubik: Right clicking on a view label will reverse the point of view (Up > Down, West > East, South > North)
  • :cubik: New "Rainbow UI" or maybe not...
  • :cubik: Added new options in Model properties for Minecraft Entity type
  • :cubik: Implemented JAVA Exporter
  • :cubik: Added Ctrl+D to deselect
  • :cubik: Added Ctrl+Shift+I to inverse selection
  • :cubik: New select by name command (now usable with F3)
  • :cubik: Improved rename command for elements and meshes
  • :cubik: Change F1, F2, F3 keybinds (cubik forum, rename, select by name)
  • :cubik: Better File selector dialog extension filter
  • :cubik: Added x86 or x64 in About Box
  • :cubik: Error message when no element in model for MCPC JSON, MCPE JSON, Optifine JPM, MC Mod JAVA format exporters
  • :cubik: Added and modified several tooltips for better explanation
  • :cubik: Despite some things added some covfefe
:3 Bugs:
  • Fixed bug with bleeding fill inside mesh during voxelization
  • Fixed bug with large or high texture in Textures UV editor (too large horizontal scrollbar or too short vertical scrollbar)
  • Fixed old bug which prevented the UV to be refreshed when UV editor was opened for the first time
  • Fixed unique ID for elements in JPM Exporter
  • Fixed bug to convert voxel colors to texture atlas (voxel color alpha is not used anymore for texture atlas)
  • Fixed bug with JSON exporter when last element is hidden and hidden elements are ignored
  • Fixed bug with comma in JSON exporter
  • Fixed bug with Meshes list not cleared after voxelization
  • Fixed potential bugs due to not invariant culture
  • Fixed bug when Emptying texture
  • Fixed bug with default save texture path
  • Fixed bug with offset of dropdown list on Hidpi screens
  • Fixed bug with cross button in filter input field which did not work if filter was not validated
  • Fixed bug which was minimizing views when 3D view was maximized and edit-mode was changed
  • Fixed bug with button "Resize mesh to fit middle zone" which was setting origin to wrong coordinates
  • Fixed loading custom palette with alpha
  • Fixed covfefe as well
